BIM one successfully administered the $15 million O'Keefe Street Veloway project, located near Brisbane CBD. The initiative focused on constructing a two-span, steel through truss bridge to enhance Veloway connectivity. Works included substructure elements like drainage, retaining walls, earthworks, pavement, fencing, landscaping, and electrical components. With a 400-day contract period, Practical Completion is expected in early 2024. Challenges encompass coordination with Brisbane Metro's nearby project, potential conflicts with two Principal Contractors, and navigating close proximity to residential areas and the Pacific Motorway.
