
Chris is an RPEQ specialising in project management, design management and contract administration across the civil infrastructure industry, with experience delivering project throughout Australia and in the United Kingdom. Since returning to Brisbane in 2010, Chris has been providing engineering consultancy and management services directly to a number of clients including TMR, Transurban, RLB and RMS – with a key focus on developing strategies for efficient utility management on major projects. Chris is a CA03 TMR Prequalified Contract Administrator.

Throughout his career, Michael has been involved in the planning, design, management and delivery of a broad range of civil infrastructure projects, specialising in highway engineering, design management and project management for key clients including TMR, Transurban and QR. More recently, Michael is working closely with TMR in the emerging field of Digital Engineering and BIM, which will revolutionise the way civil infrastructure projects are designed, constructed, operated and maintained – with huge potential for efficiencies across every phase of an asset’s lifecycle.

Angel is an experienced Operations and Commercial support professional with over 15 years of progressive experience across operations management, commercial administration, executive support, and business coordination. Recognised for delivering high-level operational support within fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments, with a strong focus on process improvement, governance, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency. Skilled in managing complex workflows, supporting contract and compliance functions, and implementing streamlined systems that enhance team performance and business outcomes.

Dan is a RPEQ Civil Engineer, specialising as Technical Discipline Lead (civil, drainage, utilities) on major highways upgrade projects, local Council roads projects, and residential / commercial / industrial developments. Dan also offers extensive experience delivering civil engineering solutions across the Defense, Education and Health sectors.

Howard is a highly skilled Principal Civil Designer with extensive experience in delivering projects for the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) across various regions in Queensland. He has a strong background in geometric and civil design, specialising in utilities modelling, highway upgrades, interchanges, major arterial roads, and signalized intersections. Howard is proficient in utilizing design software such as 12d, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and possesses in-depth knowledge of relevant design standards. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to adapt his approach to meet project requirements, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality deliverables, including road corridor impact plans, resumption packages, design drawings, and 3D models.

Brooke leads the Digital Delivery Team, bringing extensive experience during the design development phase for a number of flagship projects throughout southeast Queensland, including upgrades to the M1 Pacific Motorway and the Bruce Highway on behalf of TMR South Coast and North Coast Regions. Brooke's skillset complements BIM one's strategy to become the industry's "supplier of choice" for BIM as-constructed modelling and utility design integration services.

Alana is a Senior Technical Officer with over 15 years’ experience in the field of civil engineering, predominantly working on civil infrastructure and utilities design projects. In this time, she has been involved in a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects for clients such as QR, Department of Transport and Main Road, Department of Defence, Brisbane City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council. Alana brings strong organisational skills to her project work, creating a consistent high-quality end product to both internal and external clients. Most recently, Alana performed the Drafting Lead role on the Coomera Connector Central package - which has an estimated construction value of $1billion and involved the generation of approximately 3000 civil and structural drawings.

Chris is a Civil Engineer with over 12 years of experience in civil design and construction, primarily focused on the Highways and Main Road sector. He has successfully delivered numerous projects for the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), starting as a Graduate at AECOM and progressing to Design Integration Manager and Site Engineer roles. His expertise lies in design management, contract administration, and construction supervision, demonstrated through his work on major projects such as the M1 Pacific Motorway Upgrades and the Gateway Motorway Merge upgrade. Chris is skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project compliance, and managing costs and schedules effectively.

Loi is a Senior Civil Designer with over 16 years of experience in highway planning and design, delivering a wide range of transport infrastructure projects across Queensland and beyond. His expertise spans rural highways, urban highways and freeway interchanges, constrained urban roads and intersections, roundabouts, busways, and complex rail and road interfaces. Throughout his career, Loi has contributed to all stages of project delivery, from concept development and planning through to detailed design and construction phase services. He has a strong understanding of construction delivery and is highly experienced in resolving design-related issues, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Matt is a Civil and Environmental Engineer specialising in underground services coordination, water and sewer network modeling, and municipal utilities design. With almost 10 years of experience, he has worked on major infrastructure projects like Cross River Rail, Canberra Light Rail, and Gold Coast Light Rail, collaborating with clients such as TMR, QUU, and Seqwater. His expertise lies in understanding utility service provider needs during design and construction, particularly in relocating and implementing new underground services. He also possesses in-depth knowledge of the South East Queensland water and sewer networks due to his experience building and calibrating network mode

Daniel Sergiacomi is an RPEQ Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the design and construction of civil infrastructure projects. He has worked on both the client-side and as part of construction contractor teams, gaining expertise in areas such as PUP design and coordination, earthworks and pavement design, contract administration, and traffic engineering. Daniel has successfully delivered projects for a range of clients, including those in the private sector, local councils, and state government authorities. His key strengths lie in civil design, project management, contract administration, site inspections, and DA engineering assessments. He is known for his excellent communication skills and his ability to understand high-level project drivers, making him an effective team member on projects of any size.

With a career spanning more than 18 years, Andrew has delivered projects on behalf of QR, Department of Transport and Main Roads, Brisbane City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council and Sunshine Coast Regional Council and Seqwater. Andrew has been performing the role of Senior Civil Drafter responsible for the preparation of drawing packages for road and rail upgrade projects including Hitachi’s P2R and Y2C ETCS packages, Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail OLCR tender, Carseldine station park ‘n’ ride, and Coomera Connector South.

Eric is an experienced Senior Civil Designer specialising in the delivery of complex transport infrastructure projects across Queensland. He has extensive expertise in geometric design, utilities modelling, civil design, and BIM management for major motorway and highway upgrades. Proficient in 12d, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, Eric has a strong understanding of key industry standards including the Austroads Guide to Road Design, TMR’s Road Planning and Design Manual, and ISO 19650. Kurt is a Civil Designer with more than 13 years of experience in the design, drafting, and documentation of civil infrastructure projects. He specialises in water infrastructure, including Public Utility Plant (PUP) design, and brings broad expertise across road design, drainage design, and urban development. Tim is a CAD Lead with over 10 years of experience delivering major civil infrastructure and transport projects across Queensland. He has extensive expertise in road, rail, and light rail drafting packages, including stormwater, pavements, signage, road furniture, lighting, civil structures, and landscaping. Having worked on high-profile projects for clients including TMR, Queensland Rail, and CPB, Tim is recognised for his technical precision, collaborative approach, and ability to deliver high-quality documentation within fast-paced multidisciplinary project environments.

Tamara is a Senior Project Administrator with more than 10 years of experience supporting major engineering and infrastructure projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. She specialises in project administration, tender and proposal coordination, and business support, helping project teams deliver efficient and well-managed outcomes.

Richie is an Civil Engineer at BIM one with experience delivering residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across South-East Queensland. He specialises in civil infrastructure design from concept through to construction, with expertise in stormwater, earthworks, roadworks, and utility design. Richie is also experienced in detailed 2D and 3D modelling, construction documentation, and coordinating with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary consultant teams to deliver practical and efficient project outcomes.

Tim has over four years of experience delivering civil infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. He specialises in utilities coordination and design, road furniture design, and client-side engineering surveillance for major transport infrastructure projects. He has contributed to major programs including Parramatta Light Rail, North East Link, and the M6 and M12 motorway projects, developing strong skills in stakeholder coordination, contract administration, and quality assurance.

Kevin is a graduate engineer offering a unique combination of 12d design, AutoCAD and civil engineering experience. Kevin forms part of the Utilities Coordination and Design team, with recent experience with interpretation of BYDA data, GIS information and existing utility network survey models.

Bailey is a fifth-year Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Civil) and Bachelor of Business student at Queensland University of Technology. Since joining BIM One as an Undergraduate Engineer, he has worked alongside experienced engineers, contributing to project delivery through technical support, team collaboration, and client-focused problem solving. Ben is a Graduate Engineer with valuable experience in both design and contract administration projects. Ben has built a strong technical understanding of utilities design and coordination, contributing to several major DTMR projects. As part of the BIM one team, he has developed the ability to effectively communicate with the client and authorities to achieve optimal design outcomes. Ben also offers experience with the delivery of site investigations ensuring efficiency through planning and effective management and coordination of subcontractors.

Denver is an Emerging Civil Engineer with four years of experience supporting the design and delivery of infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. Eloise is a fourth-year Civil Engineering (Honours) student at The University of Queensland who brings both site-based and design-based experience to the BIM One team. Since joining, she has contributed to projects such as the Metro Safety Intersections Upgrade, the O’Keefe Street Velobridge, and the Caboolture River Road Upgrade. Her experience includes quality assurance, cost estimating, safety and environmental audits, technical reporting, and coordinating utility relocations. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD. Eloise’s enthusiasm for learning and her well-rounded skill set make her a valued member of the BIM One team.

Tom is an Undergraduate Engineer currently studying Civil Engineering and Business Management at The University of Queensland. With hands-on site experience and a strong practical work ethic, he supports project teams through site assistance, safety checks, QA documentation, and technical coordination.
